Aviation lieutenant Ruperto Molina Ramírez was arrested on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the El Libertador Air Base in Palo Negro, Aragua state, during the barracks, a day before the presidential elections. He is accused of rebellion and treason.
Molina, is an active military member of the aviation component, 42 years old, has 25 years of service and is also the founding commander of the G-20 Aviation Special Forces Unit.
He was disappeared and tortured. So far he has no trial, he was imprisoned for 3 years in DGCIM Boleíta, 4 months in Military Police. He has been in Ramo Verde for more than a year now.
Crimes against him: Instigation of the Rebellion Against Military Decorum.

María Soledad Pérez Tello de Rodríguez is a Peruvian lawyer, notary and politician. He was Congressman of the Republic during the period 2011-2016 and Minister of Justice from 2016 to 2017. Currently, she serves as the General Secretary of the Christian People’s Party since December 2017.
On July 28, 2016, she was appointed Minister of Justice by former President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski.
During his administration, the National Agreement for Justice was created, a space for dialogue between the Judiciary, the Public Ministry, the National Council of the Magistracy and the Academy of the Magistracy in order to strengthen the justice system at the national level. In the months of management, measures were implemented for the modernization of the National Penitentiary Institute of Peru in order to reduce the cost of prison in internment.
