He was not allowed to use the bathroom, so the physiological needs had to be done standing and on his clothes, causing serious infectious damage to his private parts.

He also said that he was bandaged and handcuffed with his hands in the back for eight days. The worst thing was the psychological torture. They threatened his family, and raided his family home and businesses by stealing all their movable property. In those days her sister died of cancer and they didn’t even let him know the news.

At the presentation hearing he was presented tortured before Judge Carol Padilla, this was ignored by the judge and prosecutors Farik Mora, and Dinora Bustamante. He was accused of: Betrayal of the homeland, Conspiracy, Revelation of political secrets and Association for crime. Currently he suffers from serious health problems due to terrible torture. It is still in procedural delay.
