GPA as a cadet in the history of the Military Academy
He held various positions within his professional career and is currently detained at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (DGCIM), after being accused of conspiracy by the government of Nicolás Maduro.

He has been subjected to different kinds of torture, including food mixed with human excrement, hooded interrogation on his knees, tear gas, blows to the head, white torture, lack of food, and considerable increase of blood pressure, without any access to his medicines.

He currently has vision loss in his left eye after an episode of hypertension due to his lack of access to his medications, and he also suffered intense pain in the lumbar area.
He was diagnosed by a doctor with Pulmonary Fibrosis, an umbilical hernia, in addition to having suffered from Testicular Epididymitis, skin fungus, cellulite on one elbow, strong tremors in both hands as a result of the many hours he remained handcuffed, and he suffered from COVID-19 3 times without the corresponding medical attention.
